Built in the iconic Amsterdamse Stijl architecture, the apartment is well-laid out with a spacious living room and bedroom, a beautiful wooden floor throughout, a study (currently a bit less-well usable), a semi-open kitchen, a comfortable shower and a lovely South-West facing balcony for sunny afternoons and evenings to be enjoyed from noon till sunset. You have shared staircase with two lovely neighbours and a private entrance to your apartment on the second floor.

Interior

The apartment is fully fitted with tasteful furniture, including a real Chesterfield sofa and many other nice pieces. The bedroom has a king-size mattress and four-season duvets, pillows and cosy bed sheets, and the same holds for the towels and shower screen in the bathroom. Appliances and kitchenware are plentiful, including a 50-inch smart tv and a modern washer/dryer – and a blender, grill and water cooker amongst others. The oven is free-standing and comes with cooking set and utensils. All utilities are organised including internet.

Location

The €1,850 rental price is significantly below market price due to a recent leakage in the side room after the heavy rains of the last months for which the VvE already has a plan in place due for repair this spring/summer.

Appartement

Interieur

Het appartement is volledig ingericht met smaakvol meubilair, waaronder een Chesterfield bank. De slaapkamer heeft een groot 2-persoons matras en vierseizoenen dekbedden, kussens en lakens, en de badkamer heeft o.a. handdoeken en een douchescherm. Het appartement heeft een 50-inch smart tv en was-droog combi, en onder andere een blender, grill en waterkoker. De oven is vrijstaand en wordt geleverd met kookset en keukengerei. Plaats

Het appartement ligt vlakbij de ingang van het Erasmuspark en op 5 minuten lopen van het Rembrandtpark, en om de hoek van de leuke winkels, restaurants en bars van het Mercatorplein en de Jan van Galenstraat. Op slechts 7 minuten fietsen ligt de Jordaan en het stadscentrum en is slechts 5 minuten met de auto naar de A10 en 5 minuten lopen naar tram- en bushaltes.

Huur en voorwaarden

Het appartement is beschikbaar voor max. 2 jaar, vanaf vrijdag 29 maart 2024 tegen een huurprijs van € 1.850,- per maand excl. Inschrijven is mogelijk. De huurprijs van € 1.850,- ligt ruim onder de marktprijs vanwege een lekkage in de zijkamer na de heftige regenval van de afgelopen maanden en de VvE heeft reeds een reparatieplan klaar voor herstel deze lente / zomer.
